Main Responsibilities:

• Finding leads through market analysis; cold call, email, in person visit, mail in company information; provide requested quotes and information; follow up with potential clients to close on sales contracts
• Develop sales plans to keep most up to date on current industry and client trends. As well as staying informed of up to date rates in the industry
• Develop international and domestic sales leads
• Keep close communication with acquired customers to provide optimum service and continuing business relationship growth
• Create a base structure to execute a strong business sales plan

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Freight Sales or Logistics Sales (Required)
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong Sales Skills
• Strong Organization Skills
• Associates degree or higher (Recommended)

Compensation

• Base Salary
• Commission on sales
